THE HAUTE LIVING ADVANTAGE
For 20 Years, We Covered It.
Now We Create It for You.
Most Virtuoso agencies have the rate agreements. Few have the relationships that back them up. Haute Black has both — because Haute Living built the relationships first, and the Virtuoso affiliation simply confirmed them.
SINCE 2004
Two Decades of the World's Finest Relationships.
In 2004, Haute Living published its first luxury hotel feature. Since then, we have covered hundreds of the world's finest properties, sat across from the CEOs of Four Seasons, Aman, Rosewood, Ritz-Carlton, 1 Hotels, Mandarin Oriental, St. Regis, and Belmond, and documented the people and places that define ultra-luxury travel at its peak.
We didn't build these relationships to sell travel. We built them because we believed the world's finest properties deserved to be told properly.
Now, for the first time, those relationships work for our clients.
When Marlene calls ahead, she isn't calling as a travel agent. She is calling as a representative of Haute Living — the editorial brand these properties have trusted and respected for two decades. That changes everything about how you arrive.
THE HOUSES WE'VE COVERED
The Names. The People. The Relationships.
Four Seasons
We have covered Four Seasons properties across six continents since 2006. The leadership at Four Seasons knows Haute Living as a trusted editorial partner of two decades. That relationship is what Marlene carries into every booking.
Aman
From Aman Tokyo to Amangiri, we have documented the most private Aman properties for over fifteen years. When our clients arrive, they are not unknown guests — they are a continuation of a long editorial conversation.
Rosewood
Rosewood's flagship hotels — Hong Kong, São Paulo, Los Angeles, the Caribbean — have hosted Haute Living's editorial teams for two decades. Our clients receive the access that history affords.
Ritz-Carlton
Ritz-Carlton Reserve properties — Dorado Beach, Phulay Bay, Zadún — are familiar territory. So is the leadership team that decides which guests receive the suites that never appear on a booking site.
1 Hotels
We have followed 1 Hotels since the brand's earliest openings, documenting how its sustainable luxury reshaped the category. That long-running relationship is what Marlene carries into every 1 Hotels reservation.
Mandarin Oriental
Mandarin Oriental's flagship properties — Hong Kong, Bangkok, Paris, New York — have hosted Haute Living for editorial features that competitors could never secure. Our clients arrive into that history.
St. Regis
From the St. Regis New York to Bora Bora and the Maldives, we have covered the brand's most storied addresses for nearly two decades. The butler service is universal; the welcome our clients receive is not.
Belmond
From the Cipriani in Venice to the Hotel das Cataratas, Belmond's most storied properties have welcomed Haute Living for editorial features that competitors could never secure.
THE VIRTUOSO CONFIRMATION
Rate Agreements Are Common. Relationships Are Not.
Most Virtuoso agencies have the rate agreements. Few have the relationships that back them up. Haute Black has both — because Haute Living built the relationships first and the Virtuoso affiliation confirmed them.
Through Andavo Travel, our clients receive Virtuoso preferred partner benefits at over 1,200 properties: complimentary upgrades, resort credits, early check-in, late check-out, daily breakfast.
But the upgrades are not why our clients return. They return because of how they are received — and that is the part Virtuoso cannot grant. Only twenty years of editorial relationships can.
