1. Services
HauteBlack provides ultra-luxury travel planning, concierge services, and private membership access. All travel services are fulfilled in partnership with Andavo Travel of the Virtuoso Network.
2. Bookings and Payments
All travel bookings require a signed trip proposal and deposit. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund conditions are outlined in your individual trip agreement. HauteBlack acts as your travel advisor and is not responsible for changes made by airlines, hotels, or third-party operators.
3. Membership
HauteBlack membership is offered on an annual or multi-year basis. Membership fees are non-refundable. Event access, network benefits, and member perks are subject to availability and may change over time.
4. Limitation of Liability
HauteBlack is not liable for events beyond our control including weather, natural disasters, political events, or supplier cancellations. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all journeys.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, photography, itineraries, and destination guides — is the property of HauteBlack and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
